Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Cancellation Policy

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• Cancellation charges depend on the package, season, and service provider terms.
• Refunds will be processed only after confirmation from concerned vendors (hotels, transport, helicopter operators).

2. Tour Package Cancellation Charges

• 30 days or more before departure – 10% of total booking amount.
• 15–29 days before departure – 25% of total booking amount.
• 7–14 days before departure – 50% of total booking amount.
• Less than 7 days before departure – 100% of total booking amount.

3. Hotel Booking Cancellation

• Hotel cancellation policies vary as per hotel rules.
• Peak season and festival bookings may be non-refundable.
• No refund for early check-out or no-show cases.

4. Helicopter Booking Cancellation

• Helicopter bookings are governed by aviation company policies.
• In case of bad weather or technical issues, refunds depend on aviation operator terms.
• Convenience charges and government taxes may be non-refundable.

5. Force Majeure

No refund shall be provided for cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, landslides, road blockages, weather disruptions, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
• Bank processing time may vary depending on financial institutions.

7. Non-Refundable Services

• Government registration fees (e.g., Char Dham Yatra registration).
• Permit charges.
• Service charges and convenience fees.
